Testing & Inspection

We provide the following services for testing and inspection of signal/tracks to validate adherence of railroad standards, safety & quality standards as per FRA .

• Verify that the track and signal systems installation, maintenance, and repairs are performed in compliance with FRA standards and in accordance with plans and/or specifications 

• Performing all necessary track/signal inspections and tests.

• Interpret plans, specifications, and contracts 

• Recommending field changes to drawings and specifications 

• Preparing technical, financial, administrative and explanatory correspondences

• Creating, reviewing and maintaining daily inspection reports and project documentation 

• Overseeing materials testing activities 

• Overseeing the performance of railroad contractors performing maintenance-of-way activities, including review and approval of associated invoices.

• Providing documentation of FRA Compliant Records for signal and track system. 

• Providing monthly progress reports
